(Jan. 29) The 2007 Dave Schultz Memorial International looks to have its strongest field ever as the ninth year of the event will include top competitors from dozens of foreign nations like Russia, Bulgaria, China, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgysztan, U.S. and others. About 30 countries will be represented. The event is set for Feb. 9-10 at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

(Jan. 27) U.S. wrestlers Henry Cejudo (Colorado Springs, Colo./Sunkist Kids) and Andy Hrovat (Ann Arbor, Mich./New York AC) won bronze medals at the Ivan Yarygin International Championships in the Siberian City of Krasnoyarsk Russia.
(Jan. 26) Olympic silver medalist and three-time NCAA champion Barry Davis (Madison, Wis.) has been elected as a Distinguished Member of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum.
