SaveFresnoStateWrestling will hold it’s 2nd Annual “Gathering “on Tuesday, July 10th. The event will start at approximately 5 p.m. and will be held in the North Gym. Olympians Ken Chertow and Steven Abas will be there, as will (hopefully) Mayor Alan Autry and Former FSU Wrestling Coach Dennis DeLiddo.
As many of you are aware, Ken Chertow will be holding a 5 day Gold Medal Wrestling Camp at Fresno State from July 10 – 15. He has promised to contribute some of the proceeds from his camp to the SaveFresnoWrestling effort.
We need lots of people out supporting the effort to reinstate wrestling. Our presence will reinforce to Boeh and Welty that we have not gone away! Over 200 campers will be participating in the camp.
This is an excellent opportunity for us all to show our continued support of the reinstatement effort.
