I said a quote awhile back to a friend of mine that caught both of us by surprise. The quote was “If it wasn’t hard, then everybody WOULD be doing it”. It seems blunt at first, but doing #wrestling and #crossfit has made me look at things different. There are people that do things just for bragging rights. So the harder it is, the less fake people and the more strong people. It may seem confusing now, but after I talked to people, it was clear. So I guess that’s food for your thought.
