Good bye coach Ahad and good luck with your new coaching opportunity at Cornell. Thank you for all that you’ve done for me, for pushing me further than I thought I could go and for the extra workouts that I thought would never end. I’ve never had a coach that has had so much love, passion and belief in his athletes. I’ve learned so much from you on and off the mat. Lessons I’ve learned from you will stick with me for a life time; from how to cast further than Tracy @hancockog without a fishing pole to the professional attitude I must have in order to succeed.
