WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. “Purdue wrestler Chris Fleeger has been ruled academically ineligible for the spring semester and will not compete with the wrestling squad.
Federal law and Purdue regulations prohibit the release of further information.
Fleeger was a two-time All-American and the 2003 NCAA runner-up at 125 pounds. He was ranked as high as No. 2 in the nation this season at 133 pounds.
