Vote for New Categories on the NCAA 75th Anniversary Celebration

In the spirit of celebrating 75 years of the NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships, the NCAA and the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) are asking wrestling fans across the country to help name the three greatest coaches, the greatest match, the greatest team and the greatest moment of the NCAA Wrestling Championships. Winners will be announced during the 2005 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships, March 18-20, in St. Louis, Missouri. This is your chance to recognize the great coaches, teams and moments of the NCAA Wrestling Championships from the past 75 years.
The NCAA will reveal these category winners at a special celebration in between Friday sessions of the Division I Wrestling Championships. The 75th Anniversary Celebration will begin at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 18 at St. Louis Union Station and will also include the naming of the 75th Anniversary Team, a roundtable discussion with the honorees, video highlights of the sport’s greatest moments and an autograph session.
Fans can vote until February 6, 2005, at the National Wrestling Coaches Association website, www.nwcaonline.com.
